Patron Global Equity Fund S.C.S. (RCS B274866) is a Luxembourg société en commandite simple incorporated under Luxembourg law.

The General Partner and alternative investment fund manager of the Fund is Patron S.A. (RCS B273237), having its registered office at 7, rue Robert Stumper, L-2557 Luxembourg.

Patron S.A. is registered as an alternative investment fund manager under Article 3(2) of the Luxembourg Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers and is supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) on a registered (sub-threshold) basis. Patron S.A. is not authorised as a fully licensed AIFM under Directive 2011/61/EU.

The Fund is available exclusively to eligible investors in accordance with applicable Luxembourg law.
